Villa 644 is a newly renovated 1 bedroom villa set in a bushland setting. Wake up oin the morning to the laughter os the kookaburra's or enjoy a great glass of Hunter Valley wines whilst sitting on the wide verandah watching the sunset and see the local wildlife emerge from their hiding spots. 

The villa has a seperate lounge which is comfortably appointed, a small kitchenette, large bedroom with a kingsize bed (which can be split to accommodate 2 singles) and an ensuite including a generous sized bath and separate shower and toilet. 

Even though the villa is set in the Hunter Vally's premier golf resort it is private and peaceful. You have full use of all the rsort facilities and you are only a short walk away from the resort centre.

Ideally located amidst 140 cellar door outlets, restaurants, attractions, there is also a regular shuttle bus from the resort to the nearby concert venues.
