Both are long-term residents of the Hunter and have had a lifetime involvement in fine wine and fine dining, but, rather than looking at it as an elitist 'hobby' they put the fun back into your day. They only take a maximum 6 guests on their tours, so the tours are nice and personal and can usually be adapted to include special requests.
